P.D.O. began in 1982, operating Friday mornings only. The program became so successful that we now operate 5 mornings per week in the Fall and Spring and 4 mornings per week during the summer.

All of our dedicated employees have training/experience in Early Childhood Education. Our employees are certified through the State of Colorado Professional Development Information System and must complete 15 hours of professional development per year.

Parents' Day Out is licensed by the Colorado Department of Early Childhood and is sponsored by and located in Lakewood United Methodist Church.
Daily Schedule
Age-appropriate activities include free play, snack (we provide,) outside time on our playground, large motor activities in the gym, group time, art and crafts, and lunch (you provide)
Registration Information
Times Offered:
- Monday - Friday 8:45am -12:45pm.
- Children can attend one or more mornings per week on a regular basis.
Registration Fee:
- $180 collected in September
- Note: If you begin mid-year, your registration could be prorated.
Monthly Tuition:
- 1 day per week: $180
- 2 days per week: $360
- 3 days per week: $540
- 4 days per week: $720
- 5 days per week: $900
